As the Chief Financial Officer, you'll join an organization known for transforming the way businesses operate with advanced solutions. You will oversee the Finance, IT, HR, and Payroll functions, ensuring financial stability and operational excellence.

Other Duties Include:

• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team to deliver exceptional financial performance.
• Driving digital transformation across IT to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Managing company contracts and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborating with sales, service, and logistics teams on pricing, stock management, and procurement.
• Optimizing cost control while maintaining high-quality service and support.

Education:

• BCom Honours (minimum)
• Completed CIMA or MBA would be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 8+ years of experience in a senior finance role, overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic leadership and operational skills, with experience managing IT, HR, and Payroll functions.
• Excellent ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP.
