Your role :

We, at Khatabook, are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst - Credit Risk. If you want to tackle hard and interesting problems at scale and create an impact within an entrepreneurial environment, this is the place for you.

What would you do at Khatabook :

- Developing and monitoring credit policy design & BRE implementation to achieve Risk /ECL (Expected Credit Loss) benchmarks

- Drive strategy and decision making for Risk Management.

- Help improve data collection, data coverage & visibility for driving deeper insights on relevant metrics

- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure relevant KPI Definition (Early & Lagged) & reporting of credit risk performance.

- Actively engage with Decision science team members & provide inputs / insights to improve Risk Selection (App Scorecard) & Collection Behavioral models.

- Enable senior leadership decision making by streamlining measurement of KPI's, identify it's key drivers by building causal models, communicating key metrics and business trends to leadership teams.

- Mentor junior business and data analysts.

What are we looking for :

- 2+ Years of experience in Analytics.

- Prior 1+ years of experience in credit risk analytics is mandatory.

Technical capabilities :

- Proficient in SQL, Excel

- Strong working experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI,Cognos, BO, Pentaho etc.)

- Strong understanding of statistics and experience with statistical analysis

- Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills

- Strong organizational, communication, presentation and project management skills

- Background in statistical modelling and experience with statistical/scripting tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS or SPSS is a plus.
