Important note: this position involves both working from home and travelling to satellite offices around Gauteng.Answering to the Group Accountant. The company is growing rapidly and the roles and responsibilities will continue to grow and expand with the company. The roles include (but are not limited to) the following: * Assisting with creating and maintaining internal controls.* Preparing and analyzing monthly management accounts* Consolidation of Group accounts* Monthly vat returns* Provisional and final taxes and all other relevant tax calcs* Assisting with the yearly audits* Preparing and monitoring yearly budgets* Preparing and updating forecasts* Providing assistance to junior staff with financial queries and training.* Debtors control* Monitoring and analyzing municipal expenses.* Maintaining and reviewing General ledger and financial records.* Responsible for assisting with supplier payments* Responsible for reviewing and assessing tenant refunds* Preparing monthly occupancy reports.* Assisting with monthly Capital payments* Providing technical support for the property management system and rolling out changes and improvements. Requirements:* A BCom/BCompt degree* minimum of 3 years experience* extremely proficient in Excel* conscientious and shows initiative and able to problem solve.* good team player
R360 000 - R420 000 per annum
