Cost and Warranty Clerk - Cape Town, Western Cape Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Cost and Warranty Clerk to join their team based in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in automotive cost management and warranty processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines
  • Calculate and track costs related to vehicle repairs and parts replacement
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, cost estimates, and approvals
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service departments to resolve issues
  • Assist in preparing reports and data analysis for management review
Requirements:
  • Experience in cost management or warranty processing in the automotive industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience with automotive parts and service systems is a plus
Salary: R10 500 Basic
