Duties:

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, providing direction to the finance team and ensuring the financial performance aligns with the company's growth objectives.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support long-term business goals and drive profitability.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial statements, in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring there is sufficient capital to support operations and growth initiatives.
• Optimize working capital, including effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory, to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry knowledge outside of audit.
