Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, accuracy, and timeliness of the reporting environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and rectify process inefficiencies, improving data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

- Implement control measures to identify and resolve inaccuracies and discrepancies.

- Provide weekly detailed analysis on restaurant labour management and manage time and attendance systems.

- Act as a liaison between business units and the POS company, ensuring accuracy in reporting.

- Conduct detailed analysis on sales performance and profitability.

- Preparing profit and loss statements

- Draft reports to track and analyse store KPI trends.

- Perform quarterly budget re-forecasting to align with current business trends.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- A finance degree is a must-have.

- At least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry is essential.

- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in financial analysis and reporting.

- Strong understanding of stock/costs and GP margins

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with SQL, POS systems, and financial modelling.
