Are you a proficient Accountant interested in transitioning from professional practice to a dynamic and productive work environment?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Commercial Finance Manager to join one of the most exciting teams in NHS SBS. You will be part of the team responsible for the pricing and financials on some of our most significant external bids ranging in value from £1 million up to £100+million. This role will have you working and building relationships with almost every department from technical teams up to board directors!

What you'll be doing:

  • Framework Bids; Driven Tenders.
  • Consultancy Opportunities, within the wider team, including financial Modelling for New Business Opportunities.
  • Business Partnering to Business Development Director.
  • Market Data Capture.
  • Analysis and competitor Pricing Analysis experience.
  • Budget for New Business & Renewals (prepare and submit to LOB).
  • Incentivisation target setting, reporting, payment submissions.
  • Strategic Growth Planning and development of pricing and commercial Strategy to improve performance.
  • Value Proposition Development of value proposition for NHS SBS service lines in collaboration with Business Development team.

What you'll bring:

  • Formal accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA or ACCA).
  • Awareness of current accounting standards and principles.
  • Finance modelling experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.

It would be great if you had:

  • Working directly with or for external clients and their advisor, and within large projects.
  • Awareness of IT/BPO projects and services.

£45-50k depending upon experience
