Key

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of sales ledgers including posting payments, raising miscellaneous invoices, opening new accounts & dealing with sales ledger credit limit requests
  • Close attention to monitoring the mailbox used by customers and actioning emails where needed
  • Handling the credit control function in conjunction with other departments for the preparation of daily and weekly debtor reports
  • Processing banking/bank payments, credit card refunds

Experience:
  • Prior experience in a transactional environment
  • Proactive approach with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experienced with accounting software and MS packages
  • A strong confident communicator
