Financial Adviser, IFA
Eden Scott are working in partnership with our client, based in central Glasgow in their search for highly client focussed and ambitious Financial Advisers to be part of their growth plans over the years to come. As a business part of their strategy moving forward ideally are looking for high calibre Chartered (or working toward) IFAs seeking a safe home for their clients or an opportunity to supplement any client bank to be transferred but these are key recruits as they build upon their wealth management function in the central belt.
Working out of outstanding new premises in the centre of town, their offering is highly attractive for any Adviser looking for autonomy, flexibility and trust from their employer and perhaps a break from the corporate world. They would offer full administrative support, an attractive cash flow proposition and are well deemed in the Pensions sector as true specialists and supplement client banks and fully support your transition and any restrictive covenants in place.
If not Chartered, they can fully support your development and support training. Working along some of the top industry specialists who would welcome sharing their knowledge and expertise with any new recruit, it's an excellent opportunity for an adviser interested in expanding their client remit in a warm working culture.
Salary and OTE is highly depending on candidate calibre but a first class benefits package is available along with an industry leading bonus potential. To be considered you must be minimum Diploma 4 qualified with your CAS and some clients or a strong idea as to a business plan for your initial period in the firm, but they are fundamentally about company fit, attitude and the drive to make a difference.
To have a strictly confidential discussion about this genuinely excellent opportunity please get in touch with Alison Curran - 01315501125 or send your CV direct.
