Finance Business Partner - Lincoln - up to £60k

Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner for a family-owned high growth and successful business, who strive to be industry leaders.

The role of the Finance Business Partner

• Business partnering with a range of stakeholders across the business
• Provide insights into monthly financial results
• Production of accurate and timely KPIs that provide drivers of variances and potential future impacts
• A leading role in investment appraisals
• Identify ways of improving investment returns
• Working across the Finance team to ensure management accounts, forecasting and cash are joined up efficiently
• Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting for key areas of the business
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships across the business
• Undertaking continuous personal development

The ideal candidate for the role of Finance Business Partner

• Previous experience in a business partnering role
• Fully qualified in either CIMA or ACCA
• Experience of business intelligence tools, preferably PowerBI
