Culligan Shared Services is on the lookout for a dedicated Management Accountant who will play a pivotal role in our finance department on a 6 month FTC. In this role, you'll be responsible for financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with company policies as well as applicable regulations. You will contribute to streamlining financial processes and providing crucial insights that drive business performance.
Your expertise in accounting principles and keen eye for detail will be invaluable in ensuring accurate financial records, which will support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management accounting or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards (US GAAP or IFRS).
- Proven experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across departments.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in the water treatment or environmental services sector is a plus.
