Responsibilities:


Develop and oversee the implementation of long-term financial plans to support the company's growth and acquisition strategy.
Manage the preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. Provide clear reporting to the board, investors, and senior leadership.
Direct and improve finance operations, including budgeting, cash flow management, and cost controls, maintaining a solid financial foundation.
Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and performance review processes, delivering insightful recommendations to the executive team.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, promoting the highest levels of transparency and integrity within the finance function.

Salary:
£70,000 - £75,000
