The Senior Loss Prevention Process Manager role will be responsible for managing stakeholder engagement and Process development throughout the Network; you will be responsible for training members of the Loss Prevention team in Process adherence in operational matters and investigational matters. The role will proactively influence a loss preventative and risk management throughout the network, to reduce loss, damage, claims and UF originating from both internal & external sources.

ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Utilising data analysis formulate the correct investigation lines to target worst performing Legs in the Network Hubs Depots Delivery Units Couriers Contractors and 3rd party providers. Formulate proactive plans to reduce Claims overall losses across the network.
  • Utilising the information provided from the Loss Prevention Analyst Team to target issues with processes that need review.
  • Champion client related issues and formulate strategies to reduce losses and share findings with the relevant Client Managers and attend key client meetings.
  • Liaise with the Central Operations Team and communicate findings regarding investigations that should be a proactive instigator of process changes. Working collaboratively with the Operational Training, Process & Implementation Teams to ensure process developments/ changes are embedded to ensure losses and damages are reduced, controlled, and sustained.
  • Continually look for new technologies that will assist in detecting internal theft-fraud and external risks to the business and ensure that Evri are leaders in this field.
  • Supporting the Loss Prevention Regional Managers and Operations Teams in reviewing investigatory work, conducting and supporting as required to highlight people Vs process issues across the network.
  • Alongside the Head Of, be the gatekeeper for Loss Prevention projects and actions lists to ensure we deliver on time.
  • Train and develop LP team in how to review processes; helping to develop training programmes for other areas of LP and personal development.
  • Help write new processes and policies for Loss prevention, specifically but not limited to crime reporting, banning notices and investigation and reporting processes.

SKILLS/QUALS
  • GCSE English and Maths (grade C or above)
  • Understanding of full MS office suite
  • Relevant experience within a loss prevention or parcel/ logistics operations capacity previously operating at management level
  • Experience in setting up new department and team in a loss prevention environment.
  • Experience of working as part of and managing a team as well as experience of working independently without oversight
  • The ability to focus on the desired result of one's own or one's unit's work, setting challenging goals, focusing effort on the goals, and meeting or exceeding them
  • The ability to recognise and manage own and others' emotions, to motivate oneself and restrain impulses, and to handle interpersonal relationships effectively.
  • The ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside or outside the organization who can provide information, assistance, and support
