Northern Account Director
£28,000 - £35,000
Reports to: Head of Account Management

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Northern Account Director to manage and grow an existing client base by renewing services and generating additional revenue through proactive upselling and cross-selling of products and services. The role covers the Northern regions, including Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire, and Staffordshire, and involves managing (Apply online only) clients.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on renewing services and increasing revenue.
- Achieve monthly GP, churn, and product penetration targets.
- Drive additional revenues through upselling and cross-selling within the portfolio.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations.
- Increase wallet share by identifying new service opportunities.
- Manage the sales process from needs analysis to closing deals and handing over to the Provisioning Team.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Proactively review and optimize clients' current services using CRM tools.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the flagship product and effectively present it to clients.
- Ensure productivity and performance KPIs are met.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by engaging through various communication channels.
- Utilize CRM systems according to company policies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years field-based management experience.
- Leasing experience is essential.
- Proven track record of professional growth.
- Highly organized with a results-driven approach.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer relationship management capabilities.
