iMultiply is working in partnership with an independent Accountancy Firm based in Edinburgh to recruit a Personal Tax Senior.

The Role
The role of Personal Tax Senior is a great opportunity to join a small but friendly Tax team. You will be comfortable preparing tax returns and have experience of reviewing as well.
Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and partners.
• Prepare and review personal tax returns, ensuring timely submission and compliance with current tax laws.
• Advise clients on tax planning opportunities, offering solutions to optimize their tax position
• Support and mentor junior tax team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Build strong client relationships by providing proactive updates, insights, and responses to queries.
• Identify areas to enhance efficiency within the tax team, contributing to overall process improvement efforts.

The role of Personal Tax Senior will offer a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus flexible working, including an early Friday finish.

The Person
- Minimum of 4 years of personal tax experience, ideally within a professional services or accounting firm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with numerical and compliance work.
