I am pleased to be working with a fantastic organisation based in Glasgow - a really great team. This role is offered on a hybrid basis
Leading the Regional Credit Team, you will have extensive experience with credit control functions already and be able to be an SME in your field. You should be able to role model strong credit control for the rest of the team as well as role model effective leadership for the Team Leaders who report into you. You will be strategic in approach and able to drive positive change on a global basis through meaningful insight, engaging key stakeholders, negotiating outcomes, and managing through periods of change.
As a manager, you will be passionate about people, as you will be required to engage, motivate, and drive performance across the global team.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
You will have experience in a similar role where you have overseen a medium sized team globally, both directly and indirectly. You will have extensive experience in credit control, end-to-end collections, and credit risk management.
