Reference: CPT007314-LD-1FINANCIAL WELLNESS MANAGER CENTURIONR35 000 CTC + COMMISSION The successful candidate must have experience in the Financial wellness industry. Responsibilities will include Employer stakeholder relationship and management. Other responsibilitieswill include leading a team of wellness coaches dedicated to assisting employees that require financial assistance.
Minimum requirements:
Degree or diploma in finance, accounting, or a related experience
3-5 year's experience as a manager
Good knowledge of the National Credit Act
Managing Wellness coaches and performances
Managing customers employer's relationships
Setting goals and targets for the department
Identify and assess future and current training needs
Identify challenge areas and implement effective strategies in order to maximize business performance
Ensuring that sales targets and budgets are met monthly
Creating and implementing a strategy to improve income streams
Implementing policies and procedures
Ensuring that the company policy on recoveries is followed and that it is in line with regulations
Preparing monthly feedback reports on sales and successes
Training and mentoring of staff members
Recruitment of new staff members
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
