One of our clients* is a growing private equity firm and has an opening for an Executive Assistant! Fast-paced, dynamic firm with very competitive compensation and excellent benefits package that includes 100% paid insurance, annual bonus, parking/commuting subsidy and more!
Duties include, but are not limited to:
· Provide administrative support to 2 Partners
· Plan complex meetings, calls and travel arrangements (both domestic and international travel)
· Coordinate all internal and external meetings
· Track business expenses and prepare expense reports
· Perform Internet research
· Prioritize assignments and meet project deadlines as scheduled
Position Requirements
· 5+ years of administrative support experience working with senior management
· Excellent organizational skills; outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills
· Demonstrated professional maturity (discretion, flexibility, and self-starter able to work with minimum supervision)
· Resourceful and adept at problem solving; must be a team player; strong computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook calendar and e-mail applications
· Bachelor's Degree preferred
This is a direct-hire, full-time position that includes full benefits and competitive salary (commensurate with experience)**!
