Roles and
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct and indirect taxation advisory services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and representation before tax authorities.
* Conduct financial consulting and analysis for clients, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance evaluation.
* Perform audits and assurance services in compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
* Support the team in preparing tax returns, including income tax, GST, and other applicable compliances.
* Provide expertise in FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) regulations and compliance requirements.
* Offer business consulting services, including strategic planning, process optimization, and risk management, to enhance client operations and performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and address client needs effectively.
* Stay updated on relevant tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and provide value-added services to clients.
* International Tax Planning: Develop strategies and structures to optimize tax liabilities for multinational entities operating across borders, ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations.
* Financial Planning: Analyze financial data, forecast future trends, and formulate comprehensive financial plans to achieve organizational goals, maximize profitability, and mitigate financial risks.
* Valuation: Conduct thorough valuations of assets, businesses, and securities using recognized valuation methods and techniques, providing accurate assessments of worth for investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting purposes.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Qualified CA Inter/ CA PEII/ IPCC/ Semi-Qualified with relevant experience in Direct/Indirect Taxation and Financial Consulting.
* Experience working in a CA firm or financial consulting environment is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
* CA dropouts with relevant experience are also eligible to apply.
