Job Description:
  • Provide excellent and professional customer services to Associates and Customers, Management, and peers
  • to Monitor, Supervise and audit the operations of Sales Centers, QRCs and 4Ps and Motivate team at various levels to develop their professional and high level of customer service skills to meet service expectations and support company initiatives
  • Evaluate the performance of direct reports, Team Leads and develops appropriate, strategies for performance improvement and assist to enhance leadership abilities.
  • Conduct quality audits weekly, and monthly for all walk-in, and publish findings to management

    Manager Walk-in, Associate Services will support other backline projects related to current promotions or business strategies
  • Research and resolve distributor inquiries/complaints Pending issues and arrest the repetition. Demonstrates a systematic approach when analyzing problems to find the best solution or answer
  • Manager Walk-in should ensure accurate record keeping of all order forms and distributor correspondence received at the walk-in center, Ensure all the documents received at walk-in are processed on time and complete the set audit process

    Assist in training new hires, and/or cross-train all walk-in, Call Center and Records representatives across India when necessary.

    Required Skills:

    • Managerial experience in Operations, customer service environment (e.g.: hospitality industry, banking, airline, etc.) of at least five - 7 years
    • Quick learning skills with strong knowledge of the marketing plan policies and procedures
    • Must be able to prioritize, enjoy extensive hands-on work in addition to supervisor duties, and be flexible with responsibilities
    • Computer skills - must be good at data analysis, presentation, forecasting etc
    • Excellent verbal, written, and comprehensive skills
    • Should be capable of supporting local, regional, national, and international events


    Experience:
    • Strong organizational and customer service skills and results-oriented
    • Ability to work under pressure, and meets tight deadlines.
    • Flexible to work during weekends, holidays, and long hours to meet business requirements as and when required
    • Must be able to travel both domestically and internationally
    • Manage day-to-day line activities, prioritize and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs


    Education:

    • Post graduation preferably MBA with proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages
