- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budget reports, and forecasts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and statements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
- Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assist in external audits and liaise with auditors
