Experience in supporting mainframe platform is mandatory; Exposure to MF technology stack from an infrastructure perspective including Console and Batch Operations
• 10-13 years of experience in managing Mainframe infrastructure services/ teams, with a previous experience of hands on console and batch operations working in 24/7 set up.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of working in a multi-task, International environment with ability to work effectively cross border (Lithuania, Denmark)
• Proven track record of successful people development, talent retention and building internal career paths for the team.
• Deep knowledge of MF operating systems, MF hardware technologies, Online systems like CICS, DB2, MQ and understand, guide the whole infrastructure. experience in Production Control,Mainframe ConsoLe Operation..
• Broad knowledge of best practice process frameworks like ITIL
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - with the ability to collaborate well in a team and with leaders and partners in a geographically dispersed global environment
• Proven leadership skills with excellent understanding of Team objectives and goals and how they create value for the customers.
• Mainframe setup, Scheduling tools like IWS/OPC, Batch & Console monitoring tools, Ability to handle sev 1 and sev 2 major incident recovery bridges. proactive in approach is required.
