We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Accountant with at least 5 years of accounting experience, proficient in Tally prime software. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, manage financial transactions, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.



Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
Record day-to-day financial petty cash, bank statements entries transactions and complete the posting process.
2. General Ledger Management:
Prepare and review general ledger entries to ensure accuracy.
Reconcile and maintain balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
3. Financial Reporting:
Generate financial reports using Tally, including monthly and annual income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assist in preparing reports for management to provide insights into financial performance and trends.
4. Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for operations.
5. Tax Compliance & Auditing:
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing of GST and other regulatory submissions TDS, PF, PT and ESIC
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and reports.
6. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and financial performance.
Provide financial projections and analysis to support management decisions.
7. Inventory Management:
Maintain and reconcile inventory records, ensuring accurate valuation and proper inventory control.
