As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for executing financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger reviews, forecasting and budgeting, statutory filings, statutory & tax audit process, filing annual return.

Duties &

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting processes including revenue recognition, cash management, expense reporting, and Bank reconciliation.
  • Perform general accounting functions including preparation and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and sub-ledger reconciliations.
  • Participate in the annual financial audit process including interactions with auditors, providing reconciliation statements.
  • Accounts Receivable, invoicing, collection and follow up, aging analysis.
  • Reconciliation of monthly revenue recognition on a project basis; including deferred revenue.
  • Ensure that all financial reporting, auditing requirements, and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
  • Intercompany (both inbound/outbound) invoicing, month end reconciliation and proposal for intercompany settlement of invoices.
  • Manage fixed assets and prepaid assets using Netsuite’s application.
  • Experience in preparing & filing of GST monthly & annual return filing.
  • Develop, document and implement process procedures as identified.
  • Experience in handling statutory & tax audits,
  • Oversee cash management, transfers, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparation of internal financial statements and reporting and preparation of other external compliance filings such as annual reports.
  • Process payroll monthly basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned such as Intercompany work related.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Proficient in NetSuite application.
  • International experience.
  • Able to work both independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Prompt on work responsibilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • 5 years of accounting experience or more.
