Job Description:

We are looking for a Billing Executive to join our team in Ghaziabad. This role is essential to ensure accurate and timely billing operations using our billing software. The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP billing software. While prior experience is preferred, we are also open to freshers who demonstrate a solid understanding of billing processes and software proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and process bills and invoices using SAP billing software.
• Maintain accurate billing records and address any discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and billing standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support reconciliation activities.
• Assist in report generation and analysis as required.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with SAP billing software or similar billing platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and documentation.
