Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Accountant to join our team at JJG Machining Group. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with an opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance procedures


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expenses
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of auditing activities
  • Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and decision-making
  • Strong knowledge of TDS regulations and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven 3 years of experience as an Accountant, specifically focusing on TDS filing, BRS and bill booking.
