Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Manager to lead our working capital underwriting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating creditworthiness, managing risk, and making informed decisions on working capital financing for our clients.
Key
Responsibilities:
1. Underwrite working capital financing proposals, assessing creditworthiness, and making recommendations for approval or rejection.
2. Conduct thorough risk assessments, analyzing financial statements, industry trends, and market conditions.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored financing solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and risk management.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
6. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and development opportunities.
7. Continuously monitor and review portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement.
8. Develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- MBA or CA Candidates.
- looking for core working capital underwriting candidates and the products include only CC/OD/WCDL/supply chain/ Bills discounting products.
- B2B experience of 50 Lac plus portfolio.
- Individual contributor role.
- 3 to 7 years experience at least (2.5 years in working capital).
- Only from NBFC and Bank.
