A well-established Financial Institution is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Deal Captain to join their team in Gauteng

Salary: Market-related Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking or loan origination
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational prowess
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Willingness and ability to travel for onsite client visits as required
• Previous experience as a private banker would be beneficial
• Well-networked within the finance and business community
