As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's fintech banking services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a compelling rewards program for Bank, Credit Card, and Corporate products within the coalition program, aligned with companies business objectives and partner offerings.
  • Utilize behavioral science principles to understand coalition customer motivations and design targeted reward structures that incentivize desired behaviors (e.g., increased account activity, credit card usage, and corporate banking solutions adoption).
  • Analyze competitor rewards programs and identify opportunities for differentiation within the coalition program.
  • Design a tiered rewards program with engaging benefits that cater to different customer segments within the coalition customer base.
  • Experience working with coalition programs or loyalty initiatives.
  • Knowledge of South African banking, credit card, and corporate financial services landscape.
  • Experience using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer rewards and loyalty programs.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful rewards programs within the financial services industry, ideally with experience in banking, credit cards, or corporate financial solutions.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral science principles and their application in designing engaging and motivating rewards structures that incentivize desired financial behaviors.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to utilize data to inform program decisions and optimize customer experience and financial outcomes.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
