Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive annual internal audit plan covering financial, operational, compliance, and IT audits across multiple countries
• Lead and mentor a team of auditors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Conduct high-impact audits that drive operational efficiency and financial performance
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and mitigate risks across the organization
• Spearhead the evaluation of the company's governance framework and control environment
• Drive innovation in audit methodologies and leverage technology to enhance audit effectiveness
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the board and senior management
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations across all operating regions
