The Role
As the Finance Administrator, you'll play an essential part in the business's administrative functions, with responsibilities including:
- Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Supporting the Inventory Manager with stock management
- Performing data entry, filing, and preparing ad hoc reports
- Generating client invoices
- Assisting with weekly forecasting and month-end processing
The Candidate
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new software
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Background in Accounts Payable/Receivable and payroll
- A reliable, team-oriented attitude and flexible approach to work
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
