A London-based global digital agency, which helps businesses enhance their customer interactions through strategic design and cutting-edge technology is looking to hire a Global FP&A Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead and transform their revenue forecasting and process management.

Your new role

• Reimagine Processes: Design, implement, and optimise our global revenue forecasting processes.
• Drive Efficiency: Streamline operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement automation solutions.
• Collaborate and Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams to align processes with strategic goals.
• Leverage Technology: Utilise advanced tools and technologies to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of Finance experience, with a focus on FP&A or GPO roles
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of Oracle, BW, and reporting tools
• Strategic mindset and excellent communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
• A collaborative team player with a hands-on approach.
