Are you ready to elevate your career in finance? We're seeking a dedicated, qualified, Finance Business Partner to join a high-growth, global business and be an integral part of their dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will enhance the production of high-quality monthly reporting and both short- and long-term forecasting.
What You'll Do:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Collaborate with the wider finance team and local management to develop comprehensive forecasts, budgets, and Medium-Term Strategies for designated business streams and cost centres, ensuring strict compliance with internal controls and deadlines.
- Local & Global Reporting: Support the team in meeting all reporting deadlines for the UK, Region, and Group, including sales and EBIT reconciliations, month-end journals, and management reporting.
- Ad-Hoc Activities: Participate in year-end revaluations, price variance analyses, and other essential projects while building strong relationships with stakeholders and assisting team members.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and uploading forecasts and budgets using SAP
- Conducting detailed reviews of departmental expenditures to ensure accuracy.
- Developing and maintaining forecasting models to streamline local processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant; CIMA / ACCA
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Finance Business Partner / Finance Analyst role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, ideally SAP.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
