DSFS Ltd are seeking to recruit a successful candidate into the position of Management Accountant. The role will support a clinical division at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS FT.Building good working relationships withDivisional colleagues will be important.
The post holder will be a key member of the finance team with responsibility for ensuring all processes and procedures are in place to provide the Division with relevant, accurate and timely management information concerning financial and activity performance to support with financial viability and achievement of targets.

Main duties of the job
Provide leadershipto the wider finance function including a proactive approach.
Managethe preparation and agreement of annual budgets for specified divisions and maintain accurate records of all budget setting and budget movements.
Managethe preparation and provision of accurate and timely information by the production of integrated financial and activity reports. Ensure quality assurance controls are in place for key outputs.
Responsibleforthe monitoring and forecasting of financial performance on a monthly basis, incorporating the use of activity statistics where appropriate, and by applying relevant management accounting techniques.
Proactivelyinvestigatevariancesandprovideanalyticalreportsonareas specifically requested by the Divisional Finance Partner or budget holder/manager.
