About the Role
As our Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, ensuring it aligns with our strategic objectives. You will collaborate with the Head of Risk and Compliance to embed a strong risk culture across the Group, while also supporting the identification, communication, and management of risks at all levels.
Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office
Key
Responsibilities:
Lead risk assessments and monitor emerging risks across the organization.
Continuously manage risk registers and collaborate with first-line risk champions.
Support executive reporting on enterprise risks, including preparation for the Risk, Audit, and Compliance Committee.
Implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
Draft and socialize policies, ensuring they meet internal standards and regulatory compliance.
Provide oversight for risk management tools and ensure timely risk/control assessments.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
? A relevant professional qualification (ICA, IRM, etc.).
? At least 5 years of senior-level experience in financial services, with expertise in mortgage/loan products.
? In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
? A strong background in leading and coaching teams.
? The ability to communicate complex information clearly at all levels, with proven experience working with executive leadership.
