As a Transaction Management Analyst within the Credit Products Delivery team, you will serve as a middle office transaction management partner for clients of the Global Corporate Bank, Commercial Bank, and Global Trade Businesses. Your role will involve providing expertise in the negotiation and review of facility documentation and managing end-to-end transactions for Core Trade Finance (and Loan) products. You will work closely with JPMorgan's Trade Finance teams, in-house legal counsel, and clients.

As a Transaction Management Analyst within the Credit Products Delivery team, you will serve as a middle office transaction management partner for clients of the Global Corporate Bank, Commercial Bank, and Global Trade Businesses. Your role will involve providing expertise in the negotiation and review of facility documentation and managing end-to-end transactions for Core Trade Finance (and Loan) products. You will work closely with JPMorgan's Trade Finance teams, in-house legal counsel, and clients.
Job responsibilities
- Supports the team to deliver best-in-class Investment Grade and Non-Investment Grade loan documentation for Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and Commercial Banking (CB) clients, including maintain oversight of the deal closing process
- Supports the team on the review and negotiation of legal documentation across core corporate lending categories, with a focus on bilateral, club and syndicated working capital / term loan facilities ranging from vanilla to complex (acquisition finance type and/or cross regional) documentation
- Supports the more experienced members of the team as required to liaise with internal/external counsel and to prepare and review transactional documentation
- Adheres to controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction execution, including preparing and coordinating documentation deviations and approvals during negotiations
- Contributes to Wholesale Lending Services wider projects & initiatives

- Good organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact professionally and confidently
- Confident, self-starter, assertive and energetic attitude
- Set high standards of performance for self
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc), Word and PowerPoint
