This dynamic IT Services company delivers market leading solutions globally to an impressive portfolio of blue-chip clients. Head quartered in London with offices in several overseas territories, this entrepreneurial business delivers full wrap around IT services, future proofing client networks.
This exciting organisation is now seeking to recruit a highly talented Head of FP&A.
Reporting to the CFO, the role includes:
Leading the forecasting, budgeting and planning for the group across a number of business units
Partnering Regional and Business Unit Leads to drive business performance and facilitate target achievement
Developing and maintaining financial models
Partnering Exec stakeholders incl Board members, delivering insightful analysis and commentary on a variety of ad hoc and BAU based subjects
Driving an improved understanding and clarity in project performance and financial understanding
Variance analysis including month end commentary
Ongoing development and reporting of sales targets
Supporting acquisition assessment and due diligence plans
Leading a team of 6, both in the UK and overseas
Required candidate profile experience:
A confident, assured, inquisitive and robust personality. A propensity to back yourself and speak your mind.
In-depth FP&A experience, having operated within an international environment.
Experience of driving change and challenging the status quo within a fast paced, people led environment.
High levels of intellectual horsepower with an academic record to match.
A CV that demonstrates progression and promotion within roles.
Comfortable with significant and frequent exposure to Board level stakeholders.
Happy to be hands on and willing to roll your sleeves up
