This role will give you clear progression and development with a highly successful market leader based in Teesside. Your direct report is a very experienced credit manager who will show you the ropes and assist in your growth to help you step into their shoes in the very near future.
You’ll be happy to supervise a credit control team on a day-to-day basis, recommending new ideas for implementing change and setting KPI’s and targets.
You will help to minimise bad debt exposure by identifying changes in customer behaviours as well as reviewing business news, looking at the current trends, whilst always being aware of any risk factor to the company.
You have excellent customer service skills and would not hesitate to deal with client queries in a professional manner as you understand the importance of long-term relationships.
You may be CICM qualified, but don’t worry if you aren’t this client will support you in your studies to gain this qualification.
