Do you have experience as an Accounts Assistant and looking for a temporary role in the Scarborough area?
Would you like to work for a well established and growing organisation to support the Finance team with their Accounts payable and Accounts receivable?
Are you looking for full time temporary work for around 3 months?
What the Accounts Assistant job involves
Sending out sales invoices and reconciling the sales ledger monthly using Sage 50.
Processing and credits where necessary.
Supporting with the month end process, allocating payments and making sure accruals are in place.
Creating monthly reports on excel for the heads of department and senior leadership team.
Completing all compliance documents for each customer.
Skills required
Previous experience from a Sales Ledger / Accounts Assistant role
Experience of using Sage 50 and Excel
Self managed with a good attention to detail
Other information
Full time working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Car parking is available and easily accessible on public transport
Temporary up to 12 weeks approximately.
