The company is looking for a driven Finance Analyst to support strategic financial initiatives and provide key insights that will drive operational and financial performance.

Role Overview:

As a Finance Analyst, you will be at the heart of the finance function, working closely with senior finance leaders and business unit managers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll analyze financial data, support forecasting and budgeting, and provide strategic insights to guide decision-making. Your work will be instrumental in helping the company achieve its ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.
  • Provide insights on financial performance, identifying trends and highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to understand financial needs and support their objectives.
  • Drive process improvements across financial reporting and analysis functions.
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial models and scenario analysis to support high-impact projects.


Qualifications and Experience
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a finance analyst role, ideally within a high-growth or tech environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach, keen to drive improvements and work in a fast-paced environment.
