Your new role

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Managing corporation tax, VAT, and payroll processes
• Assisting with the implementation of a new ERP system
• Providing insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and strategic decision-making
• Will eventually take on supervision of AP and AR team of 4

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated accountant who meets the following criteria:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience at a senior level in management accounting
• Strong technical skills in budgeting, forecasting, corporation tax, VAT, and payroll
• Proven ability to add value to a growing business
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with ERP systems implementation is a plus.
• Motivated and able to work effectively in a hybrid environment
• Part qualified or qualified by experience
• Team player
• International exposure useful but not essential

What you'll get in return
Study support by negotiation, 20 days holidays plus statutory, pension (4% from company), up to 10% bonus (40% dependent on company performance, 60% on personal), hybrid 3 days office, 2 home, 8.45-5.15
