Role Description

Cross Sell Initiatives
  • Get Incremental AUM through various channels by way of regular cross sell initiatives
  • Enhance AUM by focusing on large Investments led NTB’s
  • Meet Top clients of All channels for Investments Sales
  • Assist the Branches to have a good product portfolio Mix of AUM’s MF v/s Non MF
  • Re pricing initiative work on effectively moving Old trail Assets to New trail model


PB Initiatives
  • Meet Alpha and Infinity clients regularly for strategy and product update
  • Meet All Alpha clients in the region as one more touch point and the clients should have a direct contact for any input on Investments
  • Help identify and present Investment strategy and opportunity to clients that RM might have missed
  • Increase wallet share of the clients by bringing in their Held away portfolio
  • Identify and reactivate the clients who have attrited for various reasons
  • Review Large client portfolio’s with HRM /RM and support with ideas / optimization in product mix and sales strategy
  • Assist the Branch heads (Non HRM Branches) for Investments Business reviews
  • Enhance Investments sales with Business Banking, Assets and acquisition teams in all locations
  • Increase cross sell of Investment Product across all channels via training, product presentation, client meetings and events

Your key responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities & Qualitative Aspects
  • Assist product team to disseminate the product strategy / mix Asset Allocation and Research Outlook to sales team directly
  • Increase the number of clients Sold and new client activation
  • Drive the Campaigns closely across Branches
  • Maintains internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points
  • Demonstrates compliance with all internal & external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business


Your skills and experience
  • Candidate should have excellent communication in English and well groomed.
  • Minimum qualification required is Graduation.
  • Minimum Exp should be 10 - 15Years in relevant field.
