The purpose of this role is to support the Global Tax team. Depending on the specific areas of support the role will be responsible for different activities.

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

Global Management Fee Recharge Process
  • Preparation of the budget, forecast and true up calculations for the Dentsu group
  • Prepare the quarterly and true up invoicing process
  • Prepare the global management fee calculation variance analysis
  • Prepare the global management fee packages of support and tax audit supporting calculations
  • Prepare the inter-company agreements and maintain an inter-company agreement register

Other
  • Manage any process changes required due to legislative or business changes
  • Ensure adhoc queries from the business are dealt with in a timely manner


Professional Skills
  • A finance post graduate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting & reporting
  • Knowledge of tax accounting, BPC tool and SAC tool will be an added advantage
  • A basic understanding of international tax principles acts an advantage
  • Advanced MS Excel user
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, across different regions and levels
  • Demonstrate high level of responsibility and commitment to the assigned activities
  • Should be well organised and have strong attention to detail
  • Should be a quick learner, agile and highly responsive
