Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Senior Accountant to be a part of our finance team based in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, mid-level position suitable for individuals with 7 to 12 years of relevant work experience. The role requires a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, along with expertise in account reconciliation, budgeting, and compliance. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations and strategic growth of Aubree Chocolaterie.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelors or Masters in Commerce or Accounting and Finance is preferred.
  • Preferably a semi-qualified CA or a CWA.
  • Proficiency in account reconciliation (Mandatory skill) to ensure that all financial records are accurate and consistent.
  • Ability to generate and analyze financial reports (Mandatory skill) for effective decision-making.
  • Experience in planning, budgeting, and forecasting (Mandatory skill) for optimal financial management.
  • Comprehensive audit support skills to assist in internal and external audits efficiently.
  • Proven expertise in invoicing and billing to manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to financial standards(IFRS or GAAP) and tax laws.
  • Strong vendor and supplier management experience to optimize procurement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Excellent data analysis skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights for business growth.
  • Candidates residing in the Bengaluru region are preferred.


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies with accuracy and diligence.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with departments to develop budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Support audit activities and provide timely and accurate financial documentation.
  • Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely billing and payment collections.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct analysis of financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Oversee vendor and supplier relationships to maintain optimal pricing and service levels.
