Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Dy Manager / Manager - Category Finance at Reliance Retail. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Bengaluru and requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 8 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations related to specific categories, focusing on financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Qualitied Chartered Accountants / Cost and Management Accounting, with relevant experience
• Financial analysis experience, including interpreting financial statements and KPIs (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in budgeting techniques and financial planning (Mandatory skill)
• Solid understanding of financial reporting standards and requirements (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in cost management to optimize category profitability
• Strong data analysis capabilities, proficient in using data analytics tools
• Ability to forecast future financial outcomes based on current data trends
• Experience in stakeholder management to facilitate collaboration across departments
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
