LATAM Compliance

• Review, Analyze, and Document Corporate Income Tax Return Compliance
• Develop and Maintain Tax Balances and Process Documentation
• Perform tax technical analysis
• Review and reconcile tax reporting and submissions such as CFDIs, WHT, Tax Reports
• Ensure electronic invoices were issued correctly
• Respond to information requests
• Contribute tax technical knowledge to respective teams
• Indirect Tax Compliance as needed
• Prefer experience with Tax Provision

LATAM Audit Support

• Provide documentation and analysis to support audits
• Connect with service providers for advice

LATAM Projects

• Provide cross functional tax support with assistance of Tax Director
• Obtain cross functional support and approvals for tax solutions
• Document decisions and conclusions
• Take ownership of projects and deliver on tight deadlines

General Skills

• Minimum 3-4 years LATAM Tax Experience
• Mexico Tax Experience a plus
• Spanish and English Speaking Required
• Strong Analytical, Problem Solving, and Conceptual Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Cross Functional Collaboration Experience
• Project Management
• Attention to Detail
