About this role: As a Finance Director, you will be a business partner in transforming this world class organization and support Gartner's continued growth and success. This position will perform a key role in providing business analysis, decision support and thought leadership. This includes developing forecasts and analyses, generating internal management reports, monitoring key performance indicators and driving the system automation of this information for the IT organization. We are looking for ambitious individuals with outstanding, proven analytical capabilities and intellectual curiosity who enjoy partnering with business leaders to grasp large complex data sets and develop clear business solutions. You are a well-rounded problem solver with the ability to drive results in a high-energy growth environment. IT is a key enabler for all of Gartner and helps to drive the strategy for the company. This role will also be responsible for helping to drive IT activities to rest of FP&A. What you will do: Contribute to key aspects of Gartner Corporate Finance processes including monthly forecasting and results analysis and preparation of Senior leader presentations Perform business unit's budgeting and forecasting processes Provide reporting and detailed analyses to help business leaders make timely, fact-based decisions, and understand business performance Develop models and analysis and collaborate with planners to drive understanding of business unit performance Provide senior management with monthly financial results and analysis Help drive automation and reporting visualization Develop models and analysis and collaborate with planners to drive understanding of business unit performance Provide ad hoc analysis and finance support in addition to recurring accountabilities What you will need: Trusted, collaborative and proactive business partner Motivated, high-potential performer, with demonstrated ability to influence and lead. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
