Job Overview

We are hiring a Payroll Executive for our company, Accountswhiz India Private Limited. As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for our clients. This role requires a mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in payroll processing. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and the employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of ADP Payroll, greythr, razorpay, keka, and zoho payroll software
  • Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll-related software


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for clients using ADP Payroll, greythr, razorpay, keka, and zoho payroll software
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Generate payroll reports for management review and perform payroll reconciliations
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits
  • Stay updated with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll-related statutory filings
  • Participate in payroll process improvement initiatives
