Our client based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, is seeking a Regional Head to Join their team. The ideal Candidate would be responsible for promoting, implementing and developing, implement companies' individual insurance strategy.Duties & Responsibilities

Education:
  • Matric
  • Passed FAIS Regulatory Exams
  • 3-year Diploma / Degree in Finance e.g. BCOM or similar
  • Insurance Qualification NQF5
Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years short-term insurance experience, preferably in an intermediary environment
  • Previous leadership experience (at least 5 year's) of similar size businesses in the insurance industry
  • Proven ability to successfully lead the broking operations function (Commercial & Personal Lines) in an intermediary environment in the insurance industry.
Skills:
