My client is looking for a Head of Employee Rewards and Recognition, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing employee rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and short-term incentives, to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working with the Global Rewards team, designing and reviewing compensation policies, managing incentive plans, handling annual merit increases, and developing compensation dashboards.
- This role also includes salary benchmarking, compliance oversight, and collaboration with finance for budgeting.
- Drive and manage annual processes like Merit Increase, Bonus, and Equity.
- Monitor, evaluate, and design Hiring Ranges with Recruitment, HRBP, and Business.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) (advantageous).
- 10+ years in Compensation and Benefits (3+ years in a leadership role).
- Background in ITES, KPO, or Analytics industry.
- Understanding tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik sense, etc.
